A friend of mine has received several emails messages and statements (Brooks Luyt Attorneys - Monolique Van Wyk) all with interest being charged on a credit card for FNB. They are referring to a current credit card which this person does not have. We have called them and emailed them on several occasions to Monolique Van Wyk, she ignores these questions and sends harassing emails saying she is acting on behalf of First Rand Bank for a FNB credit card and refuses to send the FNB credit card statements. Monolique Van Wyk has sent more than three " legal documents via email to state that If the person does not pay an IMMEDIATE ACTIVATION PAYMENT??? she will be issued with a warrant of execution at the address that the person is residing at, this is not even the persons property. Is Monolique Van Wyk at Brooks Luyt Attorneys allowed to make such threats? Are they legally allowed to make such threats. Please also may I have assistance on the prescribed act, what recourse do customers have in this regard. Attorneys are threatening several times a day, without addressing questions given to Brooks Luyt.
