On the morning of Jan 17th 2014, i received a letter from Symington & De Kock for some outstanding bill of R2000... I immediately sent mails to MBD thinking that they again on a Std Bank account i settled, to my surprise i found out this was a Truworths account reference 0278000422172549, I called Truworths twice & on both occasions 2 different customer service agents Zandisile & Taryn could not pick up any accounts against my ID number...
I had a Truwroths account way back in 2003 & this was settled in 2005... the lady asked me to send a copy of my ID & affadavit and sign numerous times to dispute this... YES of course I dispute this, but I refuse to go back 8 years ago & do your peoples work by sending you proof that this has been settled... 8 years ago really, you got to be kidding me... I will not hesitate & will take this matter to court, MBD is really making me sick... and im gonna let evreybody out there know how incompetent MBD is, I cant STRESS like this for nothing, Seriously.
