Query with billing and no one to assist

Good day

i have an account with Nedbank for which i have been handed over to the attorneys of Erasmus inc. i have an arrangement with them to deduct a monthly amount via debit order. they have now decided to not deduct this amount and not notify me at all. now im receiving phone calls from nedbank about my arrears. i have tried contacting Erasmus inc with no success. my emails go unanswered and my phone calls lead to voice prompts but no consultant to assist.
i do not think it is fair that i now sit with interest that is accumilating on my account. why should i be held responsible for their negligence. i have not cancelled my debit order and would like to know why they stopped deducting.
I cannot even reach anyone for a statement. i do not know how much i still have to pay as Nedbank cannot assist me. they say i have to get it from Erasmus inc.
