Change of debit order date with NO permission

I phoned them when I got a message that I must make sure there is money in my account on the 13th December when I agreed to after the 25th of each month yet they still put through a debit order on the 14th which was unpaid for obvious reasons and is now costing me bank cost someone should really take these clowns to court
