After querying a estate with the attorneys we are still awaiting the outcome of payment to be made.
The answer every week - that they are awaiting SARS and following up every week.
After being at SARS today myself I got confirmation that the case has been done and dusted in 2012/08 and that the estate should have been paid out in one full amount in August no later than September 2012. We only received a portion of the money in March 2013 and up and till today no other payment has been made to us. due to waiting for SARS witch is NOT TRUE. As there is no query with SARS and there is no proof of any communication every week.
