My employer keeps getting faxes to confirm employment and garnishee details yet i contacted this company in october to make arrangement so to pay, nonhlanhla at lantic contacted me on the 25/10/2013 as i wanted to make payment arrangements, she said she would mail me my original statement etc. to date i have been emailing calling and i get told that they cannot receive calls and will only call me in 24 hours yet it is 2 months later and they never call. they are trying to avoid contacting me so they can garnish my account and when my job is jeopardised what then. snakes!!! still no call to make arrangements yet faxes and emails are going to my hr.
