I've been receiving debt collection sms's from MBDCS in ragards with an outstanding Truworths account. I phoned immediately when I received the sms the first time in early November 2013 - we established that my cellphone number was allocated to another Truworths client. I requested that my number be deleted with immediate effect - which the friendly call centre operator promised me was done.
5 sms's and 5 phone calls later - the problem is still not sorted out! Please assist me in getting my number out of that system.
