In 2011 I launched several complaints regarding billing issues on my wife's MTN account. Complaints and communication was via email and. Some arrangements were made and I made several payments into their accounts, and thought the issue is resolved. The rest of 2011 and the whole of 2012 went by with no communication between myself and VVM. Out of nowhere Jan 2013, I get an email from them that I owe them / their client over R3000.00. What is this now, I vented all my frustrations to them in 2011, I don't have the energy to this all over again, what do these people want from me, to rip me off till I'm naked, what!!!
