Why am i listed for a paid up account

I laid a complaint on hello peter in september regarding calls that i was getting from VVM about a debt that i owed [URL Removed] which aforementioned account was settled in august, i was told that they will send my details to wonga to update my ITC profile. Guess what? Its still not updated how long does it take?? you got your money now update my profile before i take this futhe
