I applied for their services on the 21/08/2013 and paid everyting on the 27/08/2013 for the removal of judgement. I forwarded them all the documents on the same day, even the settlement letters from the creditor. I do not get any feedback or progress report from them. Every time I phone, I get the same answer over and over again.(They are still waiting for the recession letter from the creditor). I was actual warned by someone not to make use of their services.
I phoned today 13/11/2013 and the guy still gave me the same answer. It just basically means that for 2 and half months nothing has been done.
