What is happening to the payments I made?

I have been making payments into your absa account 4060482274 since 2009. My account has since been handed over to Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys who claim that they cannot track payments on an absa account with Kulula is a FNB credit card. The card number is 42221702001154017. There is absolutely no communication between the Groenewald Lubbe Attorneys.
