I was handed over by an ex "business partner" to Mooney Ford and Partner for an amount of R10989. which they said was monies due to them. I received the summons and went to the courts to contest the judgement as was my legal right as I am in the onion that I did not owe any money to anyone. I have had no feedback at all regarding this matter and now I see that I was listed and have a judgement against me 6/12/2011. I will be seeking advise and find this very, underhanded that I was not given the opportunity to defend the allegations and prove that I do not owe any money to any one.
