This is a follow-up complaint - after being told my complaint would be looked into. I, however have not had anyone contact me from Groenewald Lubbe to assure me that this matter is being investigated. I was emailed and SMS'd again. (this means I am continuously being charged)
I was offered a 100% discount on legal fees, after Groenewald confirms I have finished paying off the loan - the consultant tells me I will be liable for legal fees. What is going on?
I would like for this account/file be closed - as FNB has confirmed with me this is settled, please honor your promises to paying clients.
