I Got a call from these guys regarding my loan with Wonga, i spoke to this lady who asked me why i didn't pay my loan and i explained that i had financial issue but now that im back on my feet, can she send me their account details so i can deposit the loan money on their account as they are the collecting company. but the lady refused and wanted my employer details to bring a form and what not.
My issue is im willing to pay you via internet transfer and you need my employer details why is that necessary, because im not saying i wont pay the loan i say give me your banking details so that i can pay the loan. i fail to understand why are they involving my employer, especially as i work for a financial institution. Its a bad reflection for me, they are tarnishing my image and yet they want a loan repayment? who will ay that loan when im Jobless, that is stupid and i think they need to relook their collection strategy or process as it does more harm than good.
Their consultants are clueless as well i even spoke to a team leader that was not helpful at all 011 488 8514 is their numbe
