I am writing this complaint on behalf of my sister, Ms Vicci Bodenstein.
JM Attorneys are claiming R4 588.52 from Mrs Bodenstein on behalf of Health and Racket. This amount has been outstanding since 2000. I phoned the number listed only to be put through to a call centre... You claim this amount (and by the way your client's claim prescribed a loooooong time ago) and based on this prescribed claim you also threaten to place a "TRACE ALERT" on her at the Credit Bureau - all in an SMS...?
