I have never signed any debit order mandate or had used their (Loan Tracer SA) service. The next thing I saw was that they wanted to debit R399 from my account. They gave me over to you (Esterhuyze Attorneys) after I never used their service. This is a rip off to a numerous amount of people as there are hundreds of complaints regarding Loan Tracer SA.
