To many who might be financial burdened, a loan service allows for one to get various sources of finance options with one service provider. This is what i was hoping for when i went seeking for a loan and approached Loan Tracer SA. I filled in a form and I was sent application forms. I decided not to proceed with the aplication. The next this i see is a fee of R399 bieng debitted on my account. I had never signed any debit order mandate or had used thier service. When asking why i was bieng charge, i was told that i had agreed to the fee. I had not agreed to anything, I never signed anything granting permission for a debit order to go through. I need answers and mostly, i need my money refunded. This is just another which seeks make poor those who are already poor.
