Firstly I want you to forward me a copy of the contract whereby I agreed to pay R399.00 for services. At no point in time did I say yes for a debit of R399 to be deducted from my account. If I do not receive the contract within 48hours to indicate that I gave you permission to deduct the funds I will report this matter to the Ombudsman, because this is.
