I tried applying for a loan on 2012/10/24 with the loan tracers as I was looking to get a loan and then I learned that I must pay R399 for my application to be processed which I thought was crazy coz i failed to understand why did I have to pay to be assisted in getting a loan?? and I immediately cancelled the whole thing via email and I received a confirmation that it was cancelled. and now in 2014 a year later I receive an email from the Esterhuyze Attorneys demanding payment, i mailed them back that I will not pay them and they said they will proceed with legal action, this is day light I say, why now a year later, why didn't they say something in 2012 already when the stupid first payment was missed.
