I opened a case with Lipco and my case was assigned to Victoria to be dealt with. Victoria has not ever followed up or pursued mediation with the other party. She, according to Caroline, only takes calls from 9am till 12am because the rest of the time she is too busy with admin and my very urgent matter is not being attended to.
