I have been receiving calls and smss from MBD Attorneys with regards to an outstanding Capitec loan that was paid up in November 2008.I have faxed and emailed the paid up letter (a few times now) and am waiting for a response from MBD for the last 2 weeks. I made 10 calls to their offices this morning and no-one can assist me. Instead I get cut off or transferred from department to department with no assistance and the attitude from the staff is pathetic! Its funny that one of the directors Louis Bekker says on the website "Compliance with legislation and ethics is critical", MBD definitely does NOT go by that statement. I am reporting this matter to the Ombudsman and the media.
