Once again I have been harassed by van der venter for payment which is not overdue and not outstanding. This is so frustrating and I have all the right to question the reason for the call. I want to know who was the person that called me and had the nerve of telling me if I don't want to be contacted I should settle the account. I want the details of this person as this time I am going to take this matter to the consumer protection act.
This is a personal matter who give ps this person the right to shout and say settle the account!!
