Mbd never contacted me and now they want fees

I was never contacted by mbd about payment of something. Now they want to charge me interest and legal fees for no reason. I asked for my original statement to be sent to me three days ago but I'm still waiting. This is just another plot to add more interest for themselves. I want my ORIGINAL statement excluding all the padding of mbd!
