ACCOUNT STATEMENT INCORRECT

On receiving a statement on my Standard Bank Credit Card, I found that (1) payments amounting to R 5 500 had not been credited to my account, (2) Interest had been charged by BD Attorneys for period before them taking over the account, (3) Interest had been overstated in the calculations close to R14 000, (5) Commission charges not initially charged, then charged then not charged etc. setting a precedent that these should not be charged! (6) charging me R102.60 to present me with a statement that took them ages to provide! Surely the account should be kept up to date monthly at least. I have already repaid the capital portion of this account and more. On providing a letter in detail to Bridgette regarding all my concerns and offering a settlement of R6500 on this account, I received an answer that Standard Bank can do nothing with regards to the attorney fees that they charge. There are a lot more issues here that I want corrected! BD Attorneys are after all appointed by Standard Bank and looking at all the complaints on this site it is clear they are exploiting people that have had financial difficulties in the past. They are a direct reflection on Standard Bank
