Please assist on this matter I took a loan with mafori finance for R4 000 which in time i struggle to pay and the issue Simmons which i started paying again. after months they garnish me which the interest that the charging the abnormal and which the money paying x4 on my debt. which the money that are charging is legal fees inclusive of 14% = 2859.03
My debt = 11319.41
15% 3262.78
sundries = 50
Collection commission inclusive of 14% vat =2259.70
sheriff fees = 72.32
plus a final payment of R 130.24
And the total = R19 985.34
The money that i pay instalment it was not calculated.
please assist me because the that i paying this attorneys and the interest are to much. your'e respond will be highly appriaciated.
