I am sickened by the terrible attitude and service of this organisation. After settling my FNB credit card account in full through them, I requested a statement of account, only to find out that I have overpaid, and confimed with Carmen Van Niekerk that there is money due to me. She sent me a settlement letter, and assured me that the refund would be paid back in my account. It is almost a month and I have not recieved my refund. I have tried to call and send emails to Carmen and Geraldene to find out as to what their turn around time is because I do not understand what would take so long for this transaction to be processed as their client is FNB and I'm also using FNB, why would it take so long for the transfer, but they seem to not know what is going on with my refund. This is frustrating and unfair to me as a loyal consumer.
