Summons- Accounts never received

On Thursday 12 September 2013 I received a summons for an account for from Dr Joseph Anaesthesia.

prior to this no accounts or telephone calls were made to me. The total for the account was R654.00 and now they are charging me for all sorts of other amounts, telephone calls, emails, and 2 summons.

When I called there, the lady was rude and disrespectful and could not prove that any accounts were sent to me prior to that.
