On 16 September 2013, I received a very rude voicemail from Mrs Hart at Schulenburg Attorneys informing me that she is busy with a summons against me for R900, 5min after that I received an sms to my cellphone that I will be listed as a bad payer for three years. I returned her call just to find a very rude and unhelpful person on the other side. To absolutely no help I phones the supplier (Bruwer Oogkundiges) who handed me over to them and the receptionist advised me to speak to Mrs Fourie (who didn't help either). They claimed that they've send letters informing me that there i still owe an amount of R500 outstanding and yet Schulenburg Attorneys is claiming R900. I take full responsibility for the amount outstanding but I don't see how they can inform me two days prior to the summons being issued and request R900 in the middle of the month. After I asked to make an payment arrangement for the money owing she laughed at me and said sorry we don't do arrangements. I really think they should take it up with her as I am not the first person to complain on Hallo Peter. If this matter does not get the necessary attention, I will submit a complaint at the Law Society.
