I was handed over by Capitec to these attorneys and got their number from the bank on Monday already and called them and the lady at reception took down my details because I told her that I want a settlement amount on my account or making arrangements to pay them as I need a letter from them to proceed with the purchase of my house and she said that someone would call me in 24 hours, I waited and its already wednesday today so I called them again twice today and each time the phone just got dropped in my ear. I mean this is not right I'm using my own airtime to call them since they never called back and this is quiet important to me as my homeloan application is now on hold because I need that letter. I just feel that thei service is pathetic and quiet rude of them to keep on dropping the phone in my ear and
?? t getting back to me as promised.
