Agents that work there dont know customer service

I am not happy with your service, when you want your money you nag like i owe u millions, yet when i want my statement i have to wait weeks to receive a mere statement. I want that statement so i can know how much i owe because it looks like i am paying but i am still sitting on the same balance so i want a statement to be sent every month for my own convenience, i hope i get a respond since i know customers are not important in your business. And i hope you teach your agents how to speak to customers i wonder if they are even trained to take calls
