Pay money and don't receive service

So I thought I would get the divorce process handles online cheaply. I discovered a website that was represented by an Cape Town attorney.

I paid the fee on the 25th of July and was looking forward to a proper service delivered.

Until today, 2 September, I have not received any notice of progress of my purchase.
I sent and email requesting the service to be delivered or my money back, but just silence.

If you are unable to deliver a service, do not offer it.
