My previous complaint... to which you say you confirm addressing me privately, is not true. NO ONE contacted me back after my last phone call (that you charged me for calling).
No one reversed charges, no one from Customer Care bothered to even try and contact me. This is disgusting abuse of power and i will be logging a call right now with the ombudsman.
