Their website promises a 48hr turnaround. My divorce application is fairly simple. I was advised of their backlog and as such was patient. Their commitment made to when my papers should be available was missed twice. I've had to follow up constantly with them and hear the same excuses. Had I read the HelloPeter complaints prior to using this service, I would have stayed as clear as a barge pole from using E-Divorce. My complaints are similar to the complaints listed here on their service.
