I have been struggling for the past 3 months to get hold of a paid up letter from mentioned attorneys. I was first told that it would take 2 weeks... then it went to 22 days... and now... 3 months later I am still waiting. Now I am getting attitude from the people that is responsible to sort my problem out. Ralph and Rihane is never available to speak to you... and on the odd occasion that they do, you get nothing out of them. What is so difficult to forward me an e-mail stating that my account is paid up and they are busy closing my books. THIS IS ALL I NEED... WHAT IS SO DIFFICULT ABOUT THAT!!! In today's phone call, I was asked by Ralph " How long did it take you to pay off your account, you'll have to wait until we get back to you". Is that the way to talk to one of your customers... Or am I less important because I fell on hard times... I really need a response on this.
