Three years ago I purchased Norton's anti virus on line on my credit card. I did not renew my subscription after the first year but was billed by Norton. When I complained Standard bank asked me to declare a dispute and complete a declaration which I did. This was not a short or convenient process! Now every year on the anniversary of the Norton purchase Norton's bills me and I have to go through the whole process again. Standard bank alleges that they cannot stop Norton from billing me. I am going to close my account and go elsewhere because this seems to be the only way that I can end the process. I will also not be inclined to purchase anything on line with my credit card again.
