SHOCKING ATTITUDE FROM CALL CONSULTANT

I found myself in the annoying situation where someone had given my personal number and portrayed it as theirs. This person's debt was with ABSA Bank and was subsequently handed over to Norton Lambrianos Attorneys. I continuously received messages on a weekly basis while having no knowledge of the person (debtor) in question. I called Lambrianos call center and was transferred to Rodger Seekoei. I advised him that it was evident that they had not had their facts straight and was subsequently incorrect. He replied with: "No need to be rude" and proceeded to cut the call without me having any chance to reply. Excuse me??? I was utterly shocked that that was the attitude of this firm. IT IS DISGUSTING HOW SOMEONE HOLDING A POSITION IN WHICH HE DEALS WITH PEOPLE ON A DAILY BASIS HAS SUCH A SHOCKING ATTITUDE. I proceeded to call Rodger back in which I advised him that I was reporting him and the firm to Hellopeter and I requested an apology regarding his behaviour. I suppose upon him hearing of my intentions, his attitude changed and i received a debatable "sincere" apology followed by a string of "but's". Fact remains, this was unnecessary, snooty and rude service.
