Extra billing or not?

Autopage stopped my cellphone contract in 2010 because of few rand short in my account.
Ever since AUg 2010 ive been making monthly installments to RL Daly.
They barely contact me during the month and yet is billing me for that, also they adding admin interest.
Are they suppose to add admin interest each and every month?
I wanted to end the contract after tiff with Autopage.
It seems as if RL Daly is making money off already indebted customers, and they try and justify it because they got the legal backing.
