I went to SA Homeloans and apply for a homeloan. They approved my application. Then the owners of the house had to come from Belguim to SA to sign the papers. With the application I was required to pay a 10% deposit. The only way was to make a personal loan to be able to pay that because SAHL dont want to give me a higher loan. The moment I took out the loan SAHL came back to me and say that Im a high risk and they apporove the loan and proceed with it. I signed a invesment form for the attorneys for my deposit while we wait for SAHL.
In the intrum "Edelstein Bosman Inc. Attorneys" proceed with the documentation to get it ready to sign.
I tried numerous things to try to get SAHL to approve my loan with no success.. I phoned the attorneys to ask if they can pay me back my deposit so that I can get rid of the personal loan of R80 000. Now the attorneys want to charge me for something Ive never been told about or signed that I take note of it.
