Got a call from MBD attorneys after Edgars handed me over for an account which i paid up in 2012. Apparantly i was handed over in October 2012 but no one could get a hold of me, which is a load of bull in the first place, and in the second place the first call i got was on the 27th of July 2013. I have since July asked MBD to send me a breakdown statement on 5 seperate occasions and NEEDLESS TO SAY i am still waiting more than a week later. You get a attitude, no assistance whatsoever, the customer service department all needs serious training and never answers but i am expected to pay interest. You can write off the interest as i refuse to pay for MBD employing incompetent people. It's not my problem if you are not efficient enough to send an email with an attachment. I have spoken to a Thombi, Angela and Thandi to mention a few, needless to say all three of them made empty promises asi am still waiting. Get your act together before you call me and demand payments from me. Seems Edgars makes a habit of handing people over to MBD and then MBD harrasses people but can't do a simple little task. I have to say i am not in the least surprised!!! APALLING and DISGUSTING!!!
