Handed me over because of incompetence

Second complaint in two weeks and still no Joy from Edgars or MBD attorneys. IT also seems according to Hellopeter that Edgars makes a habit of handing people over to MBD when their accounts have been settled long ago but the utter incompetence of Edgars staff resulted in a hand over. I am still waiting for Millicent from Centurion Edgars to get back to me as i asked them for the proof of purchase they said i made. First headoffice says the purchase was supposedly made at Centurion then Centurion says it was made at Menlyn. Again it's funny how NO ONE can help you when you ask questions. The reason no one can help you is because they are all useless and imcompetent and they know someone messed up and is too lazy to assist. Welcome to SA. We seem to be the first at everything and congratulations to Edgars on achieving another NUMBER 1 for UTTER service!!! You guys have out done yourselves. Get your facts together before handing me over and then just leaving it there. Again not in the least surprised, these days it is to be expected from most service providers in SA!!
