Francois Pienaar owner of Francois Pienaar Attorneys bought our house. He asked to do the transfer of the property through his firm to save costs. He told us it was a cash sale, and we subsequently bought a house. Once the process started, we were informed that he was waiting for the buyer of his property to obtain loan approval. We were dumbfounded. He never told us that he had to sell a property to buys ours. After weeks of begging, he finally provided our lawyers handling the transfer of our new home, with the bank bond proposal. Subsequently we've been begging to get the guarantees. Our lawyers are making contact with Francois Pienaar Attorneys on a daily basis in order to obtain the guarantees so that the transfer can continue. However, no guarantees have STILL been issued after weeks of begging. Everyday they promise to send the guarantees but nothing is forthcoming.
He ignores our repeated cellphone calls, misrepresents information on a daily basis by not being truthful about when the guarantees will be supplied. His staff also promises daily to deliver the guarantees but never does.
This is the worst kind of service ever!
