I wanted to upgrade from Pastel Xpress V11 to V12 so I phoned customer care and after numerous call diversions I accidentally landed up at Francois. With out trying to divert my call to the correct department, Francois listened to my needs and assured me that the right person will contact me soon. After 2 days I received my new V12 on a disk and Francois contacted me to find out if I am ready to complete the upgrade.
He assisted me with the process and after a 35 minute call I had all the computers and laptops on the new version of Pastel.
Francois really listens to you and absolutely goes out of his way to help you.
