I have requested feedback on 10th of July, the 17th of July and the 22nd of July 2013.
No feedback to date.
It is impossible to contact somebody, no feedback on e mails, total hopeless service. I have made 4 calls today with no success at all. No feedback on a request send on 10th of July 2013.
