I owe Medihelp some money and was contacted by Renata Deyzel to make arrangements. I explained to her that I am under debt review and can only pay R 200 towards the outstanding amount at this stage. This was in July 2013 (emails sent on 22/7 and 25/7) and I did not get any feedback from her. I then made a payment of R 200 on 25/7. I was then contact by her in mid August. She said that the minimum payment they will accept is R 550 per month and I must send her proof of income and expenses. I did send it to her via email on 12/8 and emailed again on 19/8/2013 for feedback. To date I have had no feedback from at all. All that I am asking is that my request be considered and to receive feedback.
