In December 2012 I made a payment arrangement with MBD Attorneys for my Virgin active account which was in arrears and was handed over, first and foremost I had stopped paying for the account as I had sustained an injury which put me off work and gym I made an arrangement with the GYM's head office to terminate my contract and sent through all supporting documents. That was not done as I started receiving phone calls from the collectors, I couldn't pay as I was unemployed when I finally got back on my feet I made a promise to pay the account in full the amount was R2, 694.66 and I did just that on 29 December 2012 at 12:01:14 as I couldn't get hold of them on the phone I emailed the proof of payment to [Email Removed] which is the only email address on their website. Yesterday 21/01/2013 I received a call from Zandile Mdede (If that's her correct name) she told me I still owe them R400 and some odd rands for being a couple of days late four (4) days to be exact, but I made payment on the 29th they received it on the 31st how is it my fault that the funds didn't clear immediately? plus they called me on the 21st to tell me that, when I query that she says my account is not the only
