I had a long feud with the call centre agents after i was told after a payment will be made that it will take 3days so I did enquire about that and then i was told 3 working days, today would be the 7th working day after payment and still no confirmation letter or sms from them, I made about 20calls to them to request a letter and today they tell me the file has not been closed yet and that it will take another 6 working days!!! I'm so tired of this bad service already.
