I was promised if I paid the settlement that was owed on the 23 August, that i would get a letter confirming that i have settled immediatley once I paid. I made payment on the 23 August, only to find out that 26 August from Sean, a consultant, allocated my file, that have to wait 5 days. Today I enquired about my letter, only to be told that I have to wait, 14days now. What attorneys are this, must be joker?
