Desiree from MBD Attorneys phoned me to collect over R900 which she claims I owe Miladys. I explained to her that I have not had ANY clothing accounts AT ALL since 2008. She then informed me that I need to provide her with proof that I paid the account. I told her that I do NOT owe Miladys any money and the more I told her that the more she insisted that I do. MBD Attorneys should get their facts straight before harassing people. Surely if I DID in fact owe Miladys money they would have at least sent me an account in the last 5 years? Then perhaps they are also to blame for gross incompetence. I now have to go to Miladys to find out what is happening - at MY cost and inconvenience. I am furious!!
