Hi, i am constantly getting calls from these incompetent people they call their staff, they are rude and useless and are now bothering my elderly mother as well at all times of the day and night even though my arrangement with them is honored and payed every month, and i am being charged for these calls. If i do receive as much as one more call i will report them to the debt collecting council of south africa who will impose a hefty fine and also sue them for harrasment as i cannot take this anymore.
