I have sent numerous e-mails requesting information regarding credit cards, on-line Internet banking and only once has someone attempted to contact me where I even returned the call and left a message for the person to contact me. what pathetic service we have to accept from standard bank. will rather go into the branch than expect assistance vie e-mail. PATHETIC SERVICE!!! WOULD LOVE TO SEE YOUR RESPONSE THAT'S IF YOU EVEN RESPOND TO HELLO PETER
